Are you a parent or carer of a young person (12 to 19 years) with chronic pain (pain that has been there 3 months or more) and live in South Australia?
Have you sought medical help and/or healthcare for your young person?
We would like your input on an Advisory Group to co-design a model of care for adolescents with chronic pain We will meet twice online (Aug/Sept and Nov 2023) and we will discuss the current care available, gaps in care and what you think are important elements of care.
We value your time and you will receive $50 gift card per meeting.
