We are looking for volunteers to participate in a research study that aims to determine the acute and short-term effects of a standardised exercise intervention on the normal, asymptomatic Achilles and Posterior Tibialis tendons.

If you are a healthy, over the age of 18 years, not taking any medication and have not had an ankle tendon injury over the last 5 years, we would like to hear from you.

The study will be conducted over 4 days. The first day will involve an ultrasound scan before and after heel raise exercises followed by daily ultrasound scans over the next 3 days.

This project has been approved by the University of South Australia's Human Research Ethics Committee (Ethics Protocol 206685)
