Manage invention disclosures

Review invention disclosures from UniSA members and assess suitability of IP for commercialisation


File & manage patents

Review UniSA IP and if it meets requirement for patent and commercial potential, apply for patents on behalf of inventors, UniSA and other stakeholders


Form spin-out companies

Identify investors and company structure to form spin-out company, including the developing the team to run the company


Negotiate licence deals

We will provide feedback on commercial potential and further refinement of invention based on market feedback.


Assist with grant applications

Provide advice to UniSA members on IP considerations during applications for research grants, contract research and consulting projects


Engage investors

Contact and attract investors on behalf of UniSA members to invest and translate IP through licensing or spin-out companies
