In this public lecture, The Hon Michael Kirby AC CMG, former Justice of the High Court of Australia and Patron of the Bob Hawke Prime Ministerial Centre, will discuss his work on the United Nations Human Rights Council Commission of Inquiry on Human Rights in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
