Her practice reveals a perspective that explores human experiences in a lens that is non-exclusive and non-linear, connected within memory and contemporary storytelling. ‘Constructive Memory & Storytelling’ will be presented as part of Perspectives – an initiative developed by The Bob Hawke Prime Ministerial Centre, ACE Open and Guildhouse.

Presented by The Bob Hawke Prime Ministerial Centre, Craig Foster AM, former Socceroos captain and now human rights advocate will present the 2021 UniSA Nelson Mandela Lecture. Despite calls of ‘togetherness’ and ‘shared humanity’, of the ‘interconnectedness’ of everyone in society in Australia and around the world during the height of COVID-19, the pandemic uncovered staggering inequality. Craig explores a new social bargain with human rights at its core.

31 March to 30 April >> Life, Death and Dying
Presented by The Bob Hawke Prime Ministerial Centre, Life, Death and Dying is a ground-breaking contemporary art and film project, led by socially-engaged artist, Daniel Connell. This exhibition uses art to investigate encounter in the palliative care clinical setting. Through the artwork, a conversation about death and end of life care opens up, between 8 individuals, 4 of whom are artists.
5 May to 28 May >> Modern Living: At Home in South Australia, 1890 – 1960 – An Exhibition
From efficient kitchens and hygienic surfaces to internal plumbing and sun shading, the modernisation of the home has a long history. Presented by The Bob Hawke Prime Ministerial Centre and Architecture Museum, this exhibition examines some of these influences with a focus on houses designed for South Australia, ranging from the model cottages of the late Victorian era to architect-designed Modernist houses.
