UniSA offers a range of custom corporate and executive education programs, that can be tailored to suit your individual and organisational needs, allowing you to leverage the university’s research capability and industry expertise. We partner with you to develop programs that are aligned to the specific requirements of your organisation, fulfilling professional development requirements, enabling you to create practical solutions and achieve real results.

UniSA Business is the only business school in South Australia accredited by both AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) and the EFMD Quality Improvement System (EQUIS) – the world’s leading accreditation bodies recognising excellence in business and management education. This double accreditation demonstrates achievement of the highest international standards across teaching and learning, research, and stakeholder engagement, as well as a commitment to continuous improvement into the future.

Business schools that earn these accreditations must undergo a rigorous review process undertaken by peers in the business education community and industry, to ensure they have the resources, credentials and dedication to deliver first-rate programs, knowledge creation and positive impact on business and society.

These standards support UniSA Business to deliver on its mission, to innovate and engage, and to lead the business education community worldwide.

Our custom programs are bespoke corporate education workshops or programs that are typically created for groups from a single organisation, often based on one or more of our existing specialised workshops, adapted to support organisational requirements or address a particular skill gap.

We work directly with you and your organisation to tailor targeted learning objectives that are aligned with your strategic business needs. We also offer fully-customised services, to package up a series of programs to allow you and your team to develop multiple skills and achieve broader organisational outcomes over an extended timeframe.

Our programs are facilitated by experienced industry experts, with a strong academic background, and can be delivered it on-site at your organisation, or at UniSA’s City West Campus.

We have extensive experience working with local and national brands, government, private and not-for-profit organisations.

Customising a program starts with a consultation process to understand your organisational goals requirements and then work with you to build a program to address these needs.

Case Study: RAAF

RAAF

The Royal Australian Airforce successfully used UniSA to introduce the Lean Business Model to its senior leadership team during an improvement process which led to savings of more than $500m, as well as reductions in waste and increased capability.

After sending several Air Force officers to the UniSA three-day Lean Leadership course it became clear there was an opportunity to tailor the course not only to the Defence sector, but to the specific objectives of the Air Force’s improvement program, leading to the development of the RAAF Executive Change Leadership Program.

“It is about taking exceptionally skilled military leaders and asking them to look laterally at the way they achieve their outcomes, and to encourage and support their people to innovate and think creatively about how to be more effective and efficient in their day-to-day tasks.”

Custom Program Client, Air Force Group Captain Anthony Green.

The intensive course, delivered on bases around Australia, continues to be adapted and adjusted as needs change. With embedded Defence case studies, it informs, educates and encourages open and direct discussions.
