SA NT DataLink provides high quality data linkage and data integration services

SA NT DataLink is part of a national data linkage network - the Population Health Research Network (PHRN).

SA NT DataLink is a collaboration between Northern Territory and South Australian partners to support data linkage for population based:

  • Public health and human services research
  • Clinical research
  • Translation of research
  • Service planning and evaluation

SA NT DataLink:

  • Enables the linkage of administrative datasets and clinical registries to provide a more informed evidence base for research supporting policy and planning and interventions.
  • Provides the infrastructure for researchers to access information within and across jurisdictions.
  • Provides data quality assurance and advice back to data custodians
  • Enables researchers to use linked data for large or entire populations which can be more inclusive, representative and unbiased.

SA NT DataLink has in place high levels of security and practices that protect the privacy of individual information.
