Cooperative Research Centres are designed to build capacity to address significant national and international challenges. The Research Node for Low Carbon Living addresses a number of key problems in transport, urban planning, renewable energy and engineering. Over the course of seven years, and through a number of key research projects we have developed links with industry, government and other research bodies. Additionally, we have also delivered new tools for measuring impacts and contributed to a foundation of knowledge for a low carbon future.
The Research Node for Low Carbon Living has undertaken key research in the areas of renewable energy, low carbon households and transport, including planning, engineering and meeting governmental standards.
