Health Research

Research at the Division of Health Sciences is conducted through several internationally-renowned groups, as well as the UniSA Cancer Research Institute and Centre for Cancer Biology. Our researchers’ interests are many and varied, but what they all share is a spirit of cooperation and a desire to improve human health through innovative, outcomes-focused research.

Industry and consumer engagement

The University has a desire to engage with industry and work with communities to translate research into outcomes via the Research and Innovation Strategic Plan 2016-2020. Therefore, our Consumer Advisory Framework has been developed in order to provide:

  • Researchers within the Division with a guide for engaging consumers within their research,
  • The wider community the opportunity to see the Division’s commitment to engaging consumers, and
  • Clear dissemination of the Division’s commitment to translate research into meaningful outcomes for the community.
