StudyLink

We’re happy to share with you an exciting update from StudyLink regarding improvements to your Agency portal.

StudyLink has responded to feedback from our Agent network and is soon to roll out an improved look and, most positively, will allow different levels of access starting with individual logins for all agency staff.

You will still be able to submit applications, upload documents, track application status and communicate with us via the Portal the same way you do now, but from 26 March 2019 all you will need to do is follow the prompt to create a login and secure password when you log in to StudyLink Connect.

StudyLink will be sending further information to your Agency about these changes and if you have any questions, please contact StudyLink at support@studylink.com.

Please ensure commission invoices are not sent through your agency portal. Send your invoices and commission related queries to agent.commission@unisa.edu.au.

In addition, we have recently introduced a new system which enables us to identify students associated with your agency and for whom commission is currently payable (i.e. students enrolled as at Census Date of their first Study Period). Please send an email to agent.commission@unisa.edu.au to request a full list.
