The international office processes all international student applications.
It is important to provide your students with all the information they need. Follow our guide and find out what we need from you to assist students. We also offer advice on how to apply and how to accept an offer letter.
You can expect the following service standards from our office:
We will make every effort to respond to enquiries within one working day, however this may be longer in peak periods June-July and Dec-Feb.
Applications submitted through UniSA’s Online International Application System – StudyLink will be prioritised and application outcomes will be advised within 1 – 3 weeks from the date we receive the application and all required supporting documentation. Log into StudyLink to easily submit, track, accept and view applications.
Acceptances will be processed and Confirmation of Enrolments (COEs) will be issued within 2 working days after the offer has been accepted, conditions have been met and full payment of the deposit has been received via StudyLink and UniSA's Western Union GlobalPay for students.
