The C-IDEA Design Award is an annual multinational juried design competition. With jury members from 20 countries, and over 30 representatives from high-profile designers to educators, these awards aim to recognise and promote visionary talents. Representing a wide array of design fields, works ranging from Industrial Design, Architecture, Interior Design, illustration, Animation, Fashion, Communication Design and New Media, will be on display at the Kerry Packer Civic Gallery. Presented by The Bob Hawke Prime Ministerial Centre and UniSA Creative.

Wednesday 8 February >> Freedom, Only Freedom: Behrouz Boochani In-Conversation with Professor Peter Greste

Join The Bob Hawke Prime Ministerial Centre for an in-conversation with Kurdish-Iranian writer, journalist, scholar, cultural advocate, filmmaker, and former Manus Island detainee, Behrouz Boochani, who will discuss his second book, Freedom, Only Freedom: The Prison Writings of Behrouz Boochani. In his first and only Adelaide event, Behrouz Boochani will be in conversation with award-winning journalist Professor Peter Greste, with an introductory presentation delivered by Freedom, Only Freedom editor and long-term translator/collaborator Dr Omid Tofighian.

Go for a walk, ride a bike, kick the footy, go to the gym, take the stairs and raise funds for research into Paediatric Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML). Get on board today, ready to start in February.

Whatever your level of fitness or experience on the bike, it’s not too late to register and start training for the 2023 Tour de Cure. Taking in the wine regions of the Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley this promises to be yet another unique event for riders and support crew alike. A supportive and friendly team will be on hand to guide you through the training, fundraising and fun as you raise funds to support local cancer researchers.
