Prostate cancer survivors exercise study

Participants required

The Alliance for Research in Exercise, Nutrition and Activity (ARENA) at the University of South Australia is seeking Prostate cancer survivors aged over 55 years to participate in a research study commencing in August 2016.

The study will evaluate the effects of different types of exercise on quality of life.

Participants will attend our research facility in Adelaide on 4 occasions and exercise at a UNISA gym in Magill or Adelaide 3 times a week for 6 months.

The time commitment for the study is estimated to be 3 hours per week for 6 months. Participants will receive a complementary 6 month gym membership on completion of the study.
