Mind Set on Careers in Psychology

Media Arts Short Film Showcase

Enjoy short films made by our students and grab yourself some popcorn*.

Film making with Rising Sun Pictures

Interested in a career in film or VFX? Join staff from world-renowned visual effects company Rising Sun Pictures and learn how to create a professional short film.

Poetry Exchange

A Building
Find the Poetry Exchange in the Creative Industries space and write a short poem to exchange for a prize. You don't need to be a poet, all poems accepted!

Virtual Reality Demonstration

Experience our virtual reality technology and find out how we use

Walk the Plank

A Building
Walk a virtual plank on a high-rise building and experience how virtual reality could be used in future psychological fields like exposure therapy to help overcome acrophobia (fear of heights).

Campus Tours

4.00pm-7.30pm (approx. 45mins each) departing regularly from A Building.
Hear from staff and students as you take a campus tour to visit our on-campus facilities including the TV Studio, Radio Studio, Samsung SMARTSchool, Social Work Studios and Cognitive Neuroscience Lab.

Information Booths

A Building
Bring your questions and chat with our academics and current students in the cafeteria. Pick up a brochure, and find out about our degrees, careers and university life.
