School of Health Sciences

Welcome to the School of Health Sciences

Graduates of UniSA’s School of Health Sciences play an important role in shaping the face of modern health care in Australia.

With a longstanding history in the delivery of allied health education, the School of Health Sciences offers a broad range of undergraduate, postgraduate and research programs in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, human movement, clinical exercise physiology, medical radiation, podiatry, medical sonography, and health science.

UniSA is the only university in Australia to offer this range of allied health programs within one school, providing students with the opportunity to work and study alongside like-minded peers and collaborate across disciplines, in much the same way they will when they enter the workforce.

Designed in close consultation with professional organisations and partners, the School’s programs incorporate significant fieldwork and clinical placement opportunities. Students are also able to undertake practical learning at the University’s on-campus clinics open to the public.
