Prof Romaniuk will share some little-known research on the power of word of mouth marketing and the myths that surround it – and some tips on how to grow your brand via word of mouth

Professor Jenni RomaniukAbout Professor Jenni Romaniuk
Prof Romaniuk's areas of expertise span Brand Equity, Distinctive Brand Assets, Advertising Effectiveness, Word of Mouth and Brand Growth. She is the lead author of How Brands Grow Part 2 (Oxford University Press). This book expands on Mental and Physical Availability and includes new insights into emerging markets, services, durables, new and luxury brands. She a past Editor of the Journal of Advertising Research (2014-2016), and now sits on the Journal’s Senior Advisory Board. Jenni was recently named one of the top 1% most influential advertising researchers.
