Journal Surface is a peer-reviewed inline publication by the Visual Arts and Design Research Group [VADRG] of the University of South Australia located at http://journalsurface.va.com.au Journal Surface is dedicated to a poly-vocal and interdisciplinary approach to research that concerns the vital roles that architecture, design and the visual arts play in contemporary cultures. Journal Surface takes [and sends] an approach to philosophy as a "general dermatology or art of surfaces," [there is nothing deeper than skin].[1]
