Delete Web page

You can delete Web pages from your Web site, but please note that once pages have been deleted they cannot be retrieved.

If there is any chance that you might wish to re-use the Web page later (but do not want it appearing on your Web site at this time) it would be preferable to make the page invisible. For more information see Set Web page visibility.

If you decide you definitely want to permanently delete the Web page follow the procedure outlined below.

The Edit content object screen will open.

Click Edit structure

The Edit structure of screen will open to display the current content of the Web site.

At the moment this Web site consists of two web pages. In this example we will delete the “Course introduction” Web page.

The Edit page window will open as shown below.

The Delete page confirmation window will open as shown below.

The Edit structure screen will refresh, indicating that the page has been deleted, as shown in the following image.
