Change start page
You can change the start page of your UniSAnet Web site using the following procedure.
Note: The Web page which acts as a start page must be located at the top level of your structure, that is, it cannot be a Web page that is within a folder.
- Go to the live Web site view.
- Click Change at the bottom of the navigation frame.
The Edit content object screen will open.

- Click Edit structure as indicated by the arrow in the image above.
The Edit structure screen will open to display the current content of your Web site. It will look similar to the following image.

This Web site contains two web pages – “Introduction to tertiary learning” and “Welcome”. “Introduction to tertiary learning” is currently the start page for this Web site. To change the start page from "Introduction to tertiary learning" to the "Welcome" Web page you would:

- Click the “Welcome.htm” hyperlink (as indicated by the arrow in the image above).
The Edit page window will open.

Note that the Set as start page checkbox for the “Welcome” page is unchecked (as indicated by the arrow in the image above).
You will need to activate the Set as start page function.

- Click the Set as start page checkbox (so that a tick appears).
- Click Change.
The Edit page confirmation window will open.

- Click Confirm.
The Edit structure screen will refresh.

The “Welcome” web page has now been set as the start page for this Web site. Note that the Welcome page is in the second position of the structure. It may be more meaningful to have the start page in the first position. You can reposition the new page in the structure - for information on this process see Change Web page order.
