Add Web page to folder
The following instructions will help you add a Web page within a folder, which means that the link to the new Web page will be placed within a folder and therefore will not be visible in the navigation frame of your Web site until the folder is expanded. The alternative is to add the Web page to the top level of the structure (which means the link to the new Web page will be visible in the navigation frame at all times).
To add a Web page to a folder:
- Go to the live Web site view.
- Click the Change link at the bottom of the navigation frame.

- Click Edit structure as indicated by the arrow in the image above.
The Edit structure screen will open to display the current content of your Web site. At the moment the Edit Structure screen of your content object (Web site) might look like the following image.

- Click the Expand arrow under the folder you want to add a Web page to, as indicated by the arrow in the image above. The folder will expand to show the content, as shown in the following image.

- Click on the Add object button that appears in the expanded folder window as indicated by the arrow in the image below.
The Add new object window will open.

- Click the radio button next to Web page
- Click Next.
The Add new pages window will open.

- Enter a name for your new web page in the Name text box.
Note: The Web page name must not contain any of the following characters or punctuation symbols: ! “ # & * / . , : ; < = > ? \ ^ ` | as including these characters may cause your Web site to malfunction.
- Click Save.
The Edit Structure screen will refresh and your new Web page will be visible in the folder structure (as indicated by the arrow in the image below):

You can reposition the new page in the folder structure. See Change Web page order.
