Set resolution

If you are using the Word template it is important that the image resolution is set at 96 dpi (dots/pixels per inch). If this is not done, the size of the image on the Web page may vary from the size of the image in Photo Editor.

However, if you are using the FrontPage template you can set image resolution at 75 or 96 dpi. A resolution of 75 dpi is preferred as it will result in a smaller file size and no visible difference in image quality.

Open the image in the editing images folder:

• Click File on the Photo Editor tool bar.
• Click Open from the drop down menu.
• Navigate to the image file in the editing images folder.
• Click Open.

When the image is open:

• Click File on the tool bar.
• Click Properties.
• Change the resolution to 96 Pixels/Inch (Word template) or 75 Pixels/Inch (FrontPage template)
• Click OK.
