Set security for a staff group

You can set security for any staff group that has an official UniSA email distribution list.

To set security for a staff group:

Security Manager: search for users window

  1. Select the Staff groups radio button.
  2. Enter the staff group's name.
  3. Click Search.

The search result will display.

Results of search

  1. Click the staff group account.
  2. Click Select.

The Security Manager: Add users window will open:

The Security Manager window will open and the staff group you have just added will be displayed:

You can repeat the steps above to add other staff groups to the security.

Remember that if your Web site includes interactive UniSAnet learning objects such as discussions, chat forums or quizzes you will need to set security for these objects separately. See Set security for a discussion, chat or quiz
