Set security for individual staff

Note: All continuing UniSA staff have read access to most course Websites on UniSAnet by default - only casual/sessional staff need to be individually provided with Learner access to UniSAnet course websites.

To set security for individual staff:

Security Manager: Search for users window

  1. Select the Individual staff accounts radio button.
  2. Enter the staff member's name.
  3. Click Search.

The search result will display.

  1. Click the staff name.
  2. Click Select.

The Security Manager window will reopen showing the newly added staff name:

You can repeat the steps above to add other individual staff members to the security.

Remember that if your Web site includes interactive UniSAnet learning objects such as discussions, chat forums or quizzes you will need to set security for these objects separately. See Set security for a discussion, chat or quiz
