Configuration requirements
Internet protocol
Communications with the Web server rely on the TCP/IP protocol. This should be set as the default protocol for your machine. Log and IT Help Desk Service Call if you believe the Internet protocol is incorrectly set.
Browser
You should set the option to check for new versions of stored pages in Internet Explorer so that you can see the latest updated content available on UniSAnet Web pages.
- Open Internet Explorer 7
- Select Tools on the menu bar at the top of the browser window.
- Select Internet Options.
The Internet Options window will open.
- Click Settings as indicated by the arrow in the above image.
The Temporary Internet Files and History Settings window will open.
- Select Every time I visit the webpage.
- Click OK.
The Internet Options window will open.
- Click OK as indicated by the arrow in the above image.
