Delete chat
To delete a chat from your content object (Web site):
- Go to the Content object screen (if you are viewing the live Web site view, click the Change button at the bottom of the navigation frame).
- Go to the Edit existing tab of the Content object screen
- Click Edit structure as indicated by the arrow in the image above.
- Click the name of the chat you want to delete as indicated by the arrow in the image above.
Note: If the chat you want to delete is within a folder, you will need to click the Expand button under the relevant folder to access the chat.
The Change chat object window will open as shown below.
- Click the Delete button as indicated by the arrow in the image above.
The Remove object window will open as shown below.
- Click the Delete button again to confirm that you want to remove the chat.
The Remove object window will close and you will be returned to the Edit structure screen.
Click Preview and check that your chat has been deleted correctly.
