students in transit to classesThe Unaipon School is part of the David Unaipon College of Indigenous Education and Research and  offers complete programs as well as individual courses in Aboriginal Studies and Australian Studies at both the undergraduate and postgraduate level . Double degree programs are available in Aboriginal Studies /Australian Studies and Social Work, Human Services and Education. A new Masters in Aboriginal Studies is also offered for the first time in 2008.

The School maintains strong links with other Divisions in the University and delivers core courses in a number of programs . A wide range of courses are also offered as BUGE (broadening undergraduate education) and elective courses to complement other programs of study.
