The Unaipon School

The Unaipon School is located within the David Unaipon College of Indigenous Education and Research and offers programs in Aboriginal Studies and Australian Studies and a range of double degrees. An active research culture is promoted within the School providing opportunities for important research partnerships nationally and internationally. Students are encouraged to be part of this culture from an early stage and to facilitate this the School will be further developing its services for Postgraduate students in 2009.

Studying with us will provide you with the opportunity to follow a rewarding pathway from undergraduate through to Honours and postgraduate study. Our Masters in Aboriginal Studies paves the way for new thinking in Indigenous Knowledges providing contemporary Aboriginal world views - a vital pre-requisite for professional people in today's ever changing world.

2009 is shaping up to be an exciting year for the Unaipon School with plans to increase our international partnerships, review a number of  our programs and continue our popular research seminar series. We look forward to sharing these activities with you in 2009.
