The
Unaipon School is located within the David Unaipon College of
Indigenous Education and Research and offers programs in Aboriginal
Studies and Australian Studies at both the undergraduate and post
graduate level. The School also plays a major service teaching role
and leads the University Indigenous Content in Undergraduate
Programs policy. By the year 2010, every
University of South Australia undergraduate program will include
compulsory and assessable Indigenous content. An active research
culture is encouraged and promoted providing opportunities for
important research partnerships nationally and internationally.
