 CERM PI National Benchmarking Survey

The annual CERM Performance Indicators® Project's invitation to participate in the annual benchmarking survey for sports and leisure centres and golf courses has been distributed to industry.  We are encouraging industry managers to support the continuous improvement of the leisure industry by blending the best of University research with industry experience.

All data collected from industry colleagues is treated with the utmost confidentiality and will be managed according to established University protocols.  Participants in this survey are recipients of their centre's results only.

  • R McGrath hosted a Victorian Leisure Industry Forum, Coburg Leisure Centre,15th August 2008.  The venue was supplied by the City of Moreland.
  • G Crilley (UniSA), JD Absher (US Forest Service), B Hayden (Dept. Environment & Heritage), and D Weber (UniSA) presented at a collaborative research seminar titled 'Garbage in: Trash out. The role of social data in Park Management' on 8th September 2008 at the UniSA's City West Campus, Adelaide.
