Teaching awards
UniSA recognises and rewards excellence in teaching and has done so over several years through various schemes.
UniSA awards are a prestigious institutional acknowledgement of teaching excellence. The UniSA teaching awards complement those offered by The Office for Learning and Teaching (OLT) (administered on behalf of DEEWR) and strategically foster success and professional recognition at the national level.
Both the UniSA and OLT teaching awards are competitive and subject to an application process and adjudication.
Applicants benefit by the reflection on their practice that the awards programs require. Award winners receive professional recognition and a monetary prize. Further, all applicants help to identify and benchmark teaching excellence measured by student learning outcomes, and to promote the dissemination of best practice across the University.
