How do you prepare for the Tour? I’m from Adelaide, so I train around
the Adelaide hills and I do a lot of kilometres in November/December. In
early January, I start to do some more specific interval training in the
hills, to build up the extra power ready for the race
What do you hope to achieve in the Tour? A stage victory and a top
ten overall
