The Jacob's Creek Tour Down Under

Jacob’s Creek Tour Down Under appearances: Making debut.

How do you prepare for the Tour? I have been training for about a month now. After Christmas I will start to do some more specific training with weights and some races. As it gets closer I do some fine tuning such as motor pacing with a motorbike.

What do you hope to achieve in the Tour? I’d like to win a stage and also help the team do well overall. We have a really strong group of riders. I have ridden with some of them before and we will be competitive.
