Jacob’s Creek Tour Down Under appearances: 2006 will be my third Tour.

How do you prepare for the Tour? I’ve been doing a lot of long slow miles with a lot of strength work. As it’s still very early in the season I haven’t been doing many intensive rides. With the National Championships leading up to the Tour it means that I am able to ride into a bit a form.

What do you hope to achieve in the Tour? I’d like to have a strong ride and challenge for a good overall classification or a stage win.
