Centre for Effective Service Delivery

The Centre for Effective Service Delivery (CESD) is a research collaboration that is affiliated with the School's Social Policy Research Group.  The group was established in 1997 with a seeding grant from Aged Care and Housing Group. The members of CESD have been interested in developments in service delivery in the human services, particularly in relation to case management and other individualised approaches to service delivery.
