Harding’s headstart

Terri HardingUniSA Bachelor of Marketing and Communications student, Terri Harding, is the latest proud recipient of a scholarship from the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute.

A first year student, Harding was awarded the scholarship based on her outstanding academic achievements and extra curricular activities during high school.

She completed most of her schooling on Kangaroo Island then transferred to Walford Anglican School for Girls in 2007.

At school, Harding excelled in Business Studies and Performing Arts while also volunteering with organisations such as the Mary Magdalene Centre.

The scholarship will pay for Harding’s first year of university and makes her eligible to attend marketing master classes held by the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute.

She will also have opportunities to work with the Institute later in her studies.

"The scholarship has given me an insight into the world of marketing and the very exciting career opportunities available to graduates," Harding said.

"It also gives me confidence in knowing that if you apply yourself, you can really achieve your goals and ambitions."

Since its foundation in 2001, the scholarship has been awarded to 10 students who have gone on to further study or work around Australia and overseas.
