Academic transcript

Your academic transcript is an official record of your complete enrolment history at UniSA, including the results you achieved for each course.

You will receive three free copies of your official academic transcript. One transcript will be sent to you when you have completed the requirements of your program and it has been recorded on the system. It is important that the mailing address on your student record is kept up to date to ensure your academic transcript can be sent to you at this time. You can change your address details by visiting myUniSA or by contacting your Campus Central office. Please note that if you do not receive your academic transcript because  your address details are incorrect, there is a fee payable in order to have a replacement issued.

In addition to the copy posted to you upon completion of your program, you will receive an additional two transcripts at your graduation ceremony, or via post after your graduation ceremony if you do not attend. These transcripts will include your conferral date and be updated with any prizes and awards that you may have received since your program completion. Again, it is important that your mailing address is correct to ensure your academic transcripts can be sent to you. Fees will apply if you do not receive the transcripts due to incorrect address information.

Should you require additional copies, you can purchase them at any time using the Academic Transcript Application form (PDF 44KB - download Adobe Acrobat).  The fee for one academic transcript (including all courses) is $25.00. Additional transcripts requested at the same time are $5.00 each. If you choose to collect your transcript, please ensure you do so promptly as it is only possible to hold them for a limited time, after which they will be destroyed. If you do not collect your academic transcript, and it is destroyed, you will need to lodge another application and pay the applicable fee in order to obtain another copy.
