- Navigate to my Academic record
- Select my Record of study from the links on the right hand side.
This service is only available to students with an active enrolment at UniSA.
Official record
Academic transcripts
Your academic transcript is an official record of your complete enrolment history at UniSA, including the results you achieved for each course. You will receive two free copies of your official academic transcript. This will include one completion transcript and one conferral transcript.
Completion transcript
One transcript will be sent to you when you have completed the requirements
of your program and it has been recorded on the student administration system.
It is important that the mailing address on your student record is kept up to date to ensure your academic transcript can be sent to you at this time. You can change your address details in myUniSA or by contacting your Campus Central office. Please note that if you do not receive your academic transcript because your address details are incorrect, there is a fee payable in order to have a replacement issued.
Conferral transcript
In addition to the completion transcript posted to you when you finish all
requirements of your program, you will receive one additional conferral
transcript following your graduation ceremony. This conferral transcript will be
sent to your mailing address. Students studying outside of Australia with a
UniSA partner institution will have all transcripts issued by the partner
institution.
Conferral transcripts will include the date your award is officially conferred by the University and will be updated with any prizes and awards that you may have received since your program completion. Again, it is important that if we are posting your transcripts to you, that your mailing address is correct. Fees will apply if you do not receive the transcripts due to incorrect address information.
If you require additional copies, you can purchase them at any time using the Academic Transcript and Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS) form (PDF 152KB - download Adobe Acrobat). The fee for one academic transcript (including all courses) is $25.00. Additional transcripts requested at the same time are $5.00 each. If you choose to collect your transcript, please ensure you do so promptly as it is only possible to hold them for a limited time, after which they will be destroyed. If you do not collect your academic transcript, and it is destroyed, you will need to lodge another application and pay the applicable fee in order to obtain another copy.
Please note: If your student record is in bad financial standing (BFS) an academic transcript cannot be issued to you until your overdue fees and charges have been paid in full.
