All registrations for the Singapore Presentation of Awards ceremony will be in myGraduation. Registrations have now opened and will close on Friday 12 June 2009.
| 5.00pm | Students to arrive for registration at the Raffles Convention Centre. Please ensure you arrive on time |

| 5.45pm | Graduating Doctorates (PhD, Professional Doctorates and DBA graduates) will receive a briefing about the ceremony |
| 6.00pm | Graduates to be seated in the venue |
| 6.15pm | Graduates will receive a briefing about the ceremony |
| 6.40pm | Guests will be asked to take their seats in the venue. Guests are requested to remain seated for the duration of the ceremony |
| 7.00pm | The ceremony will commence |
| 8.30pm | The estimated finishing time of the ceremony |
| 8.30pm | Graduate group photographs will commence at the conclusion of the ceremony |
| 8.35pm | Post ceremony cocktail reception commences |
A ceremony fee of SG$250 is payable by graduates choosing to attend the ceremony. This fee includes the following;
Up to an additional 2 guest tickets may be purchased at a cost of SG$60 each.
All graduates participating in the Presentation of Awards Ceremony must wear the appropriate Academic Dress. All gown hire is through Creative District.
The cost of hiring academic dress is SG$50 and a deposit that will be refunded to you when you return your gown (SG$350 for PhD and Doctorate students and SG$250 for all other gowns).
