All registrations for the Kuala Lumpur Presentation of Awards ceremony will be in myGraduation. Registrations have now opened and will close on Friday 12 June 2009.
| 11.45am | Students to arrive for registration at the Hotel Nikko. Please ensure you arrive on time |

| 11.45am | Students collect academic dress |
| 12.45pm | Graduating Doctorates will receive a briefing about the ceremony |
| 1.00pm | Graduates to be seated in the venue |
| 1.15pm | Graduates will receive a briefing about the ceremony |
| 1.40pm | Guests will be asked to take their seats in the venue. Guests are requested to remain seated for the duration of the ceremony |
| 2.00pm | The ceremony will commence |
| 3.00pm | The estimated finishing time of the ceremony |
| 3.00 pm | Graduate group photographs will commence at the conclusion of the ceremony |
| 3.05pm | Post ceremony cocktail reception commences |
| 4.00pm | Academic Dress must be returned by this time |
A ceremony fee of AU$123 is payable by graduates choosing to attend the ceremony. This fee includes the following;
Up to an additional 2 guest tickets may be purchased at a cost of AU$45 each.
