All registrations for the Hong Kong PM Presentation of Awards ceremony will be in myGraduation. Registrations have now opened and will close on Friday 12 June 2009.
| 1.00pm | Students to arrive for Registration. Please ensure you arrive on time |

| 1.45pm | Graduating Doctorates will receive a briefing about the ceremony |
| 2.00pm | Graduates to be seated in the venue |
| 2.15pm | Graduates will receive a briefing about the ceremony |
| 2.40pm | Guests will be asked to take their seats in the venue. Guests are requested to remain seated for the duration of the ceremony |
| 3.00pm | The ceremony will commence |
| 4.30pm | The estimated finishing time of the ceremony |
| 4.30 pm | Graduate group photographs will commence at the conclusion of the ceremony |
| 4.35pm | Post ceremony cocktail reception commences |
A ceremony fee of HKD1350 is payable by graduates choosing to attend the ceremony. This fee includes the following;
Up to an additional 2 guest tickets may be purchased at a cost of HKD450 each.
All graduates participating in the Presentation of Awards Ceremony must wear the appropriate Academic Dress. All gown hire and payment for your Academic Dress is through Victoria Uniform.
The total fee for Bachelor, Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma and Master Academic Dress Hire is HKD180. You must also pay a deposit of HK650 which is refundable when you return your Academic Dress within 14 days.
The total fee for Doctorate Academic Dress is HKD800. You must also pay a deposit of HKD2400 which is refundable when you return your Academic Dress within 14 days.
