All registrations for the Hong Kong AM Presentation of Awards ceremony will be in myGraduation. Registrations have now opened and will close on Friday 12 June 2009.
| 9.00am | Students to arrive for registration at City University. Please ensure you arrive on time |

| 9.30am | Graduates to be seated in the theatre |
| 9.45am | Graduates will receive a briefing about the ceremony |
| 10.10am | Guests will be asked to take their seats in the venue. Guests are requested to remain seated for the duration of the ceremony |
| 10.30am | The ceremony will commence |
| 11.30am | The estimated finishing time of the ceremony |
| 11.30am | Graduate group photographs will commence at the conclusion of the ceremony |
| 11.35am | Post ceremony Graduate reception commences |
Your registration will include 2 guest tickets. You may purchase additional guest tickets at a cost of HKD50 each.
All graduates participating in the Presentation of Awards Ceremony must wear the appropriate Academic Dress. All gown hire and payment for your Academic Dress is through Victoria Uniform.
The total fee for Bachelor Academic Dress Hire is HKD180. You must also pay a deposit of HK650 which is refundable when you return your Academic Dress within 14 days.
