If you cannot attend your ceremony

If you are unable to attend your graduation ceremony after you have indicated that you will be present, you can change your preference in myGraduation.

If you are unable to attend an Adelaide ceremony, your parchment will be available for collection from the Graduation Office located on Level 1, 101 Currie Street, Adelaide between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

For December 2009 graduation ceremonies, parchments will be available for collection from Tuesday 12 January 2010.

For March/April 2010 graduation ceremonies, parchments will be available for collection from Wednesday 28 April 2010.

You may collect your parchment in person or authorise someone to collect it for you. When collecting your parchment please bring photo identification with you. If someone is collecting your parchment on your behalf, please provide them with your written authority and ensure they have their own photo identification with them.

Alternatively, you may elect to have your parchment posted to you. If you decide to take up this option before your graduation ceremony, you can change your preference in myGraduation. If your graduation ceremony has passed, you will need to lodge a Parchment Postage Application Form (PDF 28KB - download Adobe Acrobat). Your parchment will then be sent by registered post or courier, which will incur a fee. Your parchment will not be posted until payment has been received. For parchment postage within Australia a registered mail fee of AUD$10.00 will be charged. Postage overseas by DHL courier will incur a fee of AUD$20.00. Please note that DHL cannot deliver to a post office box.
