Mentoring is an effective form of development which contributes significantly to staff performance and to helping individuals achieve their personal goals in the workplace.Mentoring @ UniSA: a good practice guide for staff has been developed to assist you explore how mentoring can be arranged for the mutual benefit of yourself and the organisation. The guide explains what mentoring is and how it works, how to establish and develop a mentoring relationship, and contains a reference list for further reading. In compiling this guide a sample of mentees and mentors at UniSA were interviewed to provide their perspectives on mentoring and some of these interviews have been included in the guide as case studies.
