Associates Pty Ltd in writing. Your amendment or cancellation will be
reconfirmed in writing. It is your responsibility to ensure you have
received a copy of any changes requested.
Please note in the event of a cancellation, the refund of any deposits
forwarded to hotels will be at the discretion of the hotel. No refunds will
be made from this office. Cancellation of bookings may be subject to fees
and delegates are advised to take out insurance.
