Do you get enough sleep?

Are you fatigued at work?

How does fatigue affect you?

What do you do about it?

The Centre for Sleep Research at The University of South Australia is conducting a project on behalf of the Australian Council for Safety and Quality in Health Care. We are seeking volunteers to participate in a study to develop practical tools and strategies to assist health care workers to recognise, prevent and mitigate fatigue.

We are looking for health care professionals across Australia to participate in group discussions, interviews or questionnaires. We would like you to tell us about your experiences of sleep and fatigue in your workplace.

For more information or to register your interest in being involved in the project please contact Sally or Jill on (08) 82226624 or at sally.ferguson@unisa.edu.au and jill.dorrian@unisa.edu.au.

Download PDF (download Acrobat Reader) copies of the current project newsletter (PDF 72KB), an information sheet (PDF 120KB) for any health care professional who may be interested in participating, and a project flyer (PDF 1.1MB) to distribute to your colleagues, stick on your noticeboards and spread the word!
