UniSA Foundation Studies
The
UniSA Foundation Studies program is a new pathway to university study
which replaces the Diploma in University Studies, as well as the
Information Technology, Applied Science and Engineering, and Whyalla
Bridging programs.
It is a one-year program, available full or part-time, on and/or off-campus.
It is an excellent pathway for people who want to undertake study at a
degree level but do not have the usual qualifications required for
entry.
The program offers different study strands which prepare students for
entry into undergraduate programs in the fields of Business; Health
Sciences; Education, Arts and Social Sciences; and Information
Technology, Engineering and the Environment.
UniSA Foundation Studies also develops the skills needed for successful
tertiary study (organisation, academic reading and writing, information
literacy, information technology, communication and group skills), and
introduces students to study that will be relevant to their chosen
future discipline.

UniSA-PAL is a similar discrete university preparation program offered in partnership with UniSA and four adult re-entry schools - Hamilton, Thebarton, Marden and Para West - as well as being offered via distance mode through the Open Access College.
