Class Schedule
Spledici
The Spledici training session includes the following topics:
- Spledici 1 - Syllabus Plus activity set-up ensuring naming conventions and EMU requirements are met.
- Spledici 2 - setting up the class schedule in preparation for enrolment.
- Spledici 3 - overview of enrolment processes and Enrol Online. Staff are able to logon as a student and enrol and view courses from a student perspective.

Class Schedule and Enrolment - Transnational and Research
This session is designed to cover the creation of non- timetabled classes and enrolment (including block enrolment) for Transnational and Research administrative staff. The 2009 Class Schedule training schedule has not been released, please contact Vanessa Ward with any queries.
Class Schedule - Non-Timetabled Classes - Onshore Only
This session enables staff to manage timetabled classes transferred from Syllabus Plus into Medici-Class Schedule, create some classes manually, maintain, monitor and restrict access to classes resulting in successful and accurate enrolments. The 2009 Class Schedule training schedule has not been released, please contact Vanessa Ward with any queries.
Enrolments
myEnrolment Training
This session will introduce the new web-based, student
online enrolment system, myEnrolment. Participants will have the
opportunity to navigate through the system and will learn how to emulate a
student. The aim of the session is to provide participants with the
expertise to assist students with their online enrolments, and to identify
and resolve common error messages.

Impromptu Training
For Student and Academic Services staff only. These training sessions provide progressive instruction in COGNOS Impromptu Series 7 report building. Please note that each session follows on from the previous session, assumes prior knowledge and increases in difficulty. Medici Access Training
Before you can be granted a log on to Medici you need to successfully
complete the Introduction to
Medici version 9.0 training and pass the assessment.
It is vital that the data entry standards for Medici are adhered to at all times. Incorrect data entry can cause major issues for government reporting and official documentation (e.g. parchments, transcripts). Please ensure you read the Principles for data entry standards in Medici document prior to applying for access to Medici.
Result Entry
Online training detailing how to carry out the results processes in Medici version 9.0 and the Result Entry interface is available on the Student Systems Upgrade Project website.
Face to face training is also available to school administration staff to provide an overview of grade entry processing including approval and grade entry access set-up.| Date | Time | Location | |

Student Finance
