Student Systems Management Group
The Student Systems Management Group meets monthly.
Terms of reference
The role of the Student Systems Management Group (SSMG):
- Plan, oversee and monitor student systems projects approved and
funded from the IESPG process.
- Identify and plan student systems development and enhancement work
that falls outside the scope of the IESPG planning process.
- Recommend future developments to submit to the IESPG process
- Report to the Student Systems Planning Group (SSPG):
- Recommendations regarding student systems issues
- Progress of capital projects and major enhancement work
- Advice regarding student systems development proposals,
inter-relationships between systems and impacts on systems of
development work
- Resourcing for student systems development work
- Improvements to project management and systems support methodologies
- Input into development of Relationship and Support Agreements in
relation to student systems
Membership
The SSMG will be chaired by the Manager: Student Administration, Student
and Academic Services. Membership will include representatives from SAS,
ISTS, FLC, Research and Innovation Services and University International.
