Bio/Demo Data
How will students who don't have a first name be recorded?
If a student does not have a first name, a full stop should be inserted in the first name field (which is mandatory).
How will students with a last name that has more than 30 characters be recorded?
If a students last name is longer than the 30 character limit for the last name field, you should enter the first 30 characters of their name. Details on how to ensure that the full name is then recorded on any certificates has been included in the documentation.
