Student systems reporting
Reports from the Students Systems are available from a number of places on the web. Reports can provide the University community with lists and summarised data in respect to students and their study programs for staff members of the University. These sites are generally not accessible to students or people outside the University.

Standard user requested reports
Standard user requested reports are available as follows:
-
UniSAinfo Reporting
A web based management information reporting
environment that provides University wide access to a wide variety of
management reports including Student data. It
is worth checking this site regularly to see if there are any reports
that suit your requirements. A lot of reports on this site are called
using parameters, allowing the user to produce specific reports in
respect of their own school or area of interest. These reports refer to
data on UniSAinfo which should only ever be, at most, 24 hours old.
- UniSAinfo Student Section Standard Reports here include:
- Program Lists
- Course Lists
- Class Lists
- Assignment Lists
These reports can be viewed online or saved in MS Excel format. They can also be presented in PDF format as labels that can be sent directly to your local printer. Email lists are also easy to produce and use from this site.
- Static Census Date Student Data A series of reports providing census data snapshots over a period of time are available from the Planning and Assurance Services web site in the form of MS Excel pivot tables.
Ad Hoc requests for student data
Ad Hoc requests for student data and reports can be made at this site - Request for Student Data or Report.
If standard reports are not available at one of the above locations, you can submit a request for a specific report to be generated for your needs. Please note that requests are prioritised in with our other work and can not always be done to suit your priorities. We indicate you should allow a 4-7 day turn around time for requests for ad hoc reports.
