Operation Cornerstone
is a two year SAS initiative aimed at developing and implementing a Quality
Documentation Framework for Student and Academic Services processes.
To ensure consistency and optimum functionality, best practice style manuals and templates have been developed. Progressively over this timeframe we aim to have completely overhauled this list including many new, previously non-existent documents. All documentation that has been completed as part of the project will adhere to the following naming convention 2006 User Guide - [process name] and be appropriately identified in the list below.
